Position:
- running our Quickbooks – recording transactions, invoicing, etc
- generating monthly reports
- interfacing with our bank for monthly banking reporting
- assist with preparing documents for Quarterly Board Meetings
- maintaining records on employees, advisors, etc
- assisting with ensuring Salesforce is updatedYour should have:
- A bachelors degree
- Strong analytical skills
